XMAS CHALET 06'
Hi ppl,
After much thought and chatting with CX, both of us feel that it'll be better to do a BBQ. It's not that potluck is no good but then it'll be quite troublesome to ask ppl to go home and prepare food in the middle of the chalet. I was thinking why no prepare the BBQ together in the chalet. People who want to bring their own food, like OSTRICH who say that her father cooks great BEEHOON are most welcomed.

I completed the OCBC cycling event in a time of 1hr 15 min, blood sugars on
that day was quite well maintained. I had a blood sugar reading of 10.6
mmol/L...
