Goals Galore @ Sengkang Sec Sch!!!

407 United 4 (Desmond, Wilson, Fadil, Ivan)
Joel FC 4 (Not Bothered)

As an Unbiased "Say it as it is" third person with no affiliation to either teams; none what so ever, I shall report on today's match which was held at 3pm tekong time at sengkang sec sch.
With a few key players unavailable for today's game, 407 United still managed to put up a pretty decent show unfortunately missing out the opportunity of capturing a back to back victory.

Though having a full strength defense, 407 United was made to pay for individual errors and some pathetic views from the referee. But take nothing away from the attacking force as even as they were generally a little off, they had a number of decent plays that not only produced 4 spectacular goals but brought the beautiful game to the ever so quiet Sengkang estate.

Joel FC on the other end was blah blah blah blah blah............

The only players worth mentioning today would be Desmond who scored the opening goal, Fadil who on the previous interview mentioned intensely how he wanted to get his name on the scoreboard and got his wish with an impressive long range effort that left Joel FC goalkeeper catching only air. Ivan, our long term guest player also got his name on the score sheet. Wilson with 2 assists (still checking my sources on that) and a goal under his name was impressive today though he did seemed a little tired. Rumour has it that he was seen in Bangkok in a sleazy massage parlour but confirmation on that news is not revealed during press time. But what we do know is he did missed last week training.

Goalie Robin was vocally involved today which could have benefited the team generally. Defensive Midfielders, Joshua and Chen Xi had a good game which inturn allowed out of positioned Daryl Teng to perform effectively in the middle. Defender Desmond was of course a regular nuisance to the opponent's attacking force together with Deputies, Kelvin, Scott, Alvin and Shanthen.

And Player Manager Alex got involved today playing on the right of defense midway through 2nd half. With that said it has come to the point where i name the man of the match. This however is a difficult decision but has to be taken anyway. Though Daryl had an impressive game playing in the middle which is not his prefered position, he was beaten by the player who though seemed off colour, managed to produce 2 assists and a goal. He wins the award not because of this.. but of the scandalous stories surrounding his rumored visit to Thailand.
